Monterrey wins the Mexican Apertura title
Chilean striker Humberto Suazo scored twice as Monterrey defeated Santos 3-0 on Sunday to win the Mexican Apertura title 4-2. Suazo, who returned to Mexico after a six-month with Zaragoza in Spain, scored in the 28th and 85th minutes as Rayados won the Mexican crown for the fourth time in their history and second in the last three seasons. Also the victory was the seventh Mexican league title for Monterrey coach Victor Manuel Vucetich, who is known as the “King Midas” of Mexican football. He has won two titles with Monterrey, three with Leon and one each with Tecos and Pachuca.

it could have been worse for Real Madrid
Barcelona humiliated Jose Mourinho's Real Madrid 5-0 at Camp Nou to win the season's first Clasico.
Real Madrid lost for the first time under Jose Mourinho. Everyone thought the game was going to be very tight, but the reality is that it was only in one side, Barcelona's. Well, we are going to keep seeing Real Madrid behind the best team in the world.

tardy sweeps!
Roosevelt decided to give a tardy sweep if any student is late to class or to school. First it was 10 minutes of detention and now it's 1 hour. Many students are very upset with this idea, most of those students are the students that are always late. I really like this tardy sweeps because students should be responsible with their time. Now i see students running in the hall to get to class. We have to go to sleep earliar so we can wake up earliar to get on time to first period. The thing that i don't like about this is when the classes are at the other side of the school. I have to almost run to class everyday, and i bearly get on time. They should consider it!

drop out facotory!!
i just see a video talking about Roosevelt high school being a drop out factory. I think this video is wrong. I know Roosevelt has a high ranking of drop outs, but its not like every student who comes to Roosevelt is going to drop out. How come they don't look at other schools that also have students who drop out? it's like if they have us as a target..

I became interested in soccer because it is a sport that works in group, and everybody has to talk to each other. I started to play soccer since i was between 10 and 12 years old, now i plan to play it my whole life.
